EMBROIDERY FAQs

Can you embroider my company logo?

Yes! To have your logo digitized for embroidery, please send a .jpg image of your logo to logos@stoneberrygifts.com.

Within 3 business days (in most cases), we will email a picture of the digitized design for your approval, along with a form which must be signed to confirm that you are authorized to use the logo.

Once digitized, we will keep your design on file for future orders.

Can you change the colors in a design?

When possible, we will be happy to accommodate your request to change the colors in a design.  Please contact us to discuss the colors you would like changed, or indicate your preferences in the special instructions section of our online quote request form.

Do you offer any other text fonts or monogram styles?

Our lettering page shows our standard text fonts and monogram styles, but if you don't see what you're looking for, please contact us - we'll be happy to work with you to find it.

Do you offer any other thread colors?

Our lettering page shows our standard thread colors, but if you don't see what you're looking for, please contact us - we'll be happy to work with you to find it.

What size will embroidered text be?

While text size depends somewhat on the design and its placement on the item, it will generally be between .5" - .75" high.  Because thread has limitations that ink does not, the smallest text we will embroider is .25" high (Melco Block font only).

ORDERING & PRICING FAQs

Is there a minimum order requirement for custom embroidery?

No. You can order a single item if you like.

Do you offer discounts for quantity orders?

Not at this time. However, we do offer free shipping for orders over $250.

How is custom embroidery priced?

The price of a custom embroidered item is made up of the following:

  • The price of the item to be embroidered (see our catalog for available products and pricing).

  • A one-time setup charge, if applicable (contact us for more information).

  • The embroidery charge per item (based on the number of stitches in the design).

When will my order be shipped?

Our average turn-around time is 2 to 3 weeks.  If possible, we will accommodate requests for rush service (under 2 weeks), for an extra charge.

What is your return policy?

Embroidered items may not be returned.

Blank (non-embroidered) items may be returned within 15 days, subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please call 203-274-7114 within 10 days of receipt of merchandise to obtain an RMA Number and return instructions. Items returned without authorization will not be credited or refunded. All returns are subject to inspection before credit or refund is given.

PAYMENT FAQs

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept checks* and money orders.

*Please note that your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.

What are your payment terms?

For custom embroidery orders up to $250:

Payment is due when your order is placed.

For custom embroidery orders over $250:

A 50% deposit is due when your order is placed, and the balance is due when your items are shipped.

SHIPPING FAQs

How will my order be shipped?

Shipping is via UPS Ground Service (see map below for estimated transit time). At your request, we can provide 3-day, 2-day or overnight shipping for an extra charge.  Expedited shipping does not affect production time.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we ship only within the continental United States.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

GENERAL FAQs

Do you have a printed catalog?

At your request, we will send a printed version of our online catalog.*  Please email your request to catalogs@stoneberrygifts.com.

*Please note that the catalog includes only apparel and accessories which have not yet been embroidered. At this time, we do not have a catalog for the items in our online store.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?

Not at this time, but we plan to add this service in the near future.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Not at this time, but we plan to add this service in the near future.

What is your privacy policy?

We respect your privacy. The information you give us will be used only to communicate with you regarding your order, to process your order and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive promotional email from us, please contact us at unsubscribe@stoneberrygifts.com (type "Remove" in the subject line).
